We’re reopening the farm stands this week — finally! The February freeze events put us behind schedule a bit, and because of that we won’t be coming back with a gigantic variety…but we’ll bring as much as we possibly can. The days are getting longer and warmer, and most everything is growing beautifully so it won’t take long for things to pick up!

Here’s what we’ll have for you this Wednesday at our Jollyville Road stand:

Lettuce mix; bunches of leeks (chop up and use the fabulous roots too!); green onions; bunches and bags of chard; green storage cabbage; some purple cabbage; pints of brussels sprouts; small heads of broccoli; and some Asian greens.

It’s a start! We hope to see you.
